This site is rebranding, and no we’re not sure if this is going to be our final mark. But their are a ton of new features that I am excited to announce. In the past this blog merely served as a conduit for my personal design studio. But I see this is as something more and I am hoping it to become something more. That is why I’ve taken the time to do some small but community necessary changes.
1. I have added a login and register button at the top of the page. This is for regular users to register and post their own content. The rules are pretty simple, Post an image using the CUSTOM FIELDS ” post_img ” [link of image: get this by clicking on the image button in the insert area above the input field and then find the source of the uploaded image] in the key words section. There should only be one image posted a 670px X 373px image. Do not post videos onto the site, link from youtube and use httpv://youtubelink to get it to work.
2. The members only Flickr Gallery. While I’ve seen this done on many other sites I encourage members to post their images and they will get free traffic from our site. If you post 1920×1200 images in there I will consider using them for the bg wallpaper to the site.
3. I added a simple wallpaper of some old creative I did for a poster a few years ago. It’s still up for sale on imagekind if you are actually interested, but the wallpaper idea is something pretty simple you can right click on it and download a new wallpaper. I posted a 1920×1200 image up there and anyone can feel free to download it. I’d encourage other members to submit artwork and I’d be happy to post theirs.
4. I am hoping for more users and more contributors to add content to the site. I’d also like suggestions. If people are repeat visitors I’d like to know what I could do to make you happier about the content on this site. And for random passerby’s what would make you come back to the site?
I want to thank all the new contributors that joined this week as well. I am excited to see fresh content from a variety of different perspectives.
