It’s conceptually pretty straight forward children knowing what we know would resist authority. But its nailed in execution with this heart warming song in the background tied perfectly to the cinematic creative direction. Overall I’d rate this as one of the better commercials I’ve seen this year. The only thing that wasn’t memorable, was to me the website at the end, or the sales pitch for the brand this was for. But this could be easily changed if it was placed in a viral site…
Alright so this is a social media campaign in it’s best example, the video is to drive traffic to this landing page which then takes you to sharing the video options to any social network or connectivity site. And it also leads you to their end goal result as well which is building enough fans on their facebook social network fan page.
Just a clever case study of how you can deliver an underground social media campaign along with a well put together tv spot. great job Zig.
